  2. Skid-resistant elastomeric base pads
  3. Superior cable clamp system. Part of the cable strain relief is formed into the base, resulting in fewer parts exposed, therefore strengthening the cable clamps.
  4. Redundant corrosion-resistant spring system
  5. High strength socket head hinge screws
  6. Threaded openings in the steel housing are extruded to provide extra thread engagement
  7. Four mounting holes located 2.88” on center side to side and 1.28” on center front to rear
  8. Capable of handling up to 12/3 cable or 9/16" max O.D. cable
  9. Terminals on the snap switch are easily accessible for field wiring
  10. Long life snap switch
  11. #8 grounding screw is provided
  12. High quality, black E-coat
  13. A fiberglass sleeve is supplied to comply with UL requirements for strain-relief of thermoplastic jacketed cord
  14. #893 Series is UL listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards
